In 2017, Frankie joined the John Maxwell Team to sharpen and expand his ability to equip leaders through speaking, training, and coaching. Today, he is recognized as an award-winning John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, celebrated for his humor, humility, and practical approach. As the founder of Providence LEAD, Frankie mentors leaders on five continents, guiding organizations to build healthier cultures, improve employee engagement, and retain top talent.
