For over 30 years, Yaah Gladys Shang Viban has been building the leadership architecture Africa needs.

As a Gender Development Consultant and Thematic Keynote Speaker, her mission is clear: ensure that women and youth are not left behind, but positioned to lead in every sphere of nation building.

She holds that African culture, traditional values and systems, fused with African wisdom, can reshape tomorrow’s leadership. Through her signature programs, _Safe Space Conversations_ and _Finding You_, she enables women and youth to rebuild their purpose, shatter socio-cultural barriers, and step into values-based leadership with conviction and confidence.

Throughout her leadership trajectory, she translates vision into purpose and purpose into action across Cameroon and the continent. To this end, she designs initiatives and training programs that ignite entrepreneurial thinking and equip emerging leaders with the self-esteem and civic awareness needed to drive lasting change.

Yaah Gladys currently serves as President of Soroptimist International Yaoundé, Vice President of the African Women Leaders Network, Bible Society of Cameroon Board member, and Chief Strategy Officer for Lead Missions International.

As a seasoned Thematic Speaker, Yaah Gladys brings a critical voice to the table, compelling leaders across faith-based organizations, civil society, and governments to confront one question: _How are we equipping the next generation of leaders to shape the future of our continent?_

Her work insists that women and youth must be equal partners in designing and deploying the systems that will define the growth of our communities and nations.
