Dr. Samba Otavise is a purpose-driven global speaker, author, and technology leader recognized for his visionary approach to leadership and innovation. With a background in medicine and multiple certifications in business, leadership, and cloud technologies, he brings a unique perspective to solving complex challenges and building future-ready organizations.

He is the Founder and CEO of Solavise Technologies Institute, LLC, where he equips learners—especially non-tech professionals—with in-demand skills in cloud computing, AI, and data science and Cyber Security. He is also the Co-Creator of the Africa CDC Youth in Digital Health Network and a Mentor with the Africa CDC BINGWA PLUS Program, supported by GIZ, coaching Africa’s next generation of digital leaders. In 2024, he received the Global Leadership Award from MoGI Leadership School Nigeria, recognizing his influence and commitment to youth empowerment.

In 2025, Dr. Otavise was honored with the Servant Leadership Award by Lead Missions International (LMI), where he now serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Cameroon and Board Member. His leadership continues to shape global conversations on digital transformation, innovation, and capacity building. He is also the author of Take The Leap – A Doctor’s Guide to Transitioning into IT, a roadmap inspiring professionals worldwide to embrace bold career shifts.

Samba is married to Wiryenkfea Solange Solii, and they are proud parents of two sons. In every role, he is distinguished by his excellence, innovative mindset, and passion for driving impact through technology and leadership.
