Prudentia Batchankwe is a dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a Higher Teacher’s Diploma in Biology Didactics. She is a certified John Maxwell Coach with a strong passion for youth empowerment and relationship counseling.

She serves in influential leadership roles within faith-based organizations and is currently the Vice President of LEAD Missions International, a leadership development organization committed to promoting values-based leadership.

Beyond her professional and community engagements, Prudentia is a devoted wife and mother. She is also the founder and proprietor of YEMPAO Academy of Excellence, a nursery and primary school dedicated to nurturing academic excellence and strong character in young learners.

Professionally, she serves at the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife as the Sub-Director in charge of the Education Unit.
