Dr. Claudia Ngafeeson

Dr. Claudia Ngafeeson is a purpose-driven leader, speaker, mentor, and transformational voice
passionate about helping women discover who they are and walk boldly in their God-given
purpose. She is the co-founder of LEAD Missions International, an international organization
through which she and her husband have trained leaders across 55 countries and counting.
A dedicated healthcare professional, Claudia holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from
Northern Michigan University and has served as a Registered Nurse for several years, currently
practicing at HCA Lawnwood Regional Hospital. Her commitment to healing extends beyond
medicine into mentorship, leadership development, and purpose coaching.
As a certified coach through Maxwell Leadership, Claudia empowers women to embrace clarity,
confidence, and intentional living. She is also the CEO of Purpose Unleashed Ventures, a
growing platform dedicated to helping women heal, discover their identity, and live intentionally
through coaching, speaking engagements, mentorship, and transformational gatherings such as
Brunch on Purpose.
Known for her authenticity, wisdom, and passion for transformation, Claudia speaks at
conferences and women’s gatherings across the United States and Africa, inspiring audiences
to redefine their stories, heal from past wounds, and live purposefully.
Above all, Claudia treasures her role as a wife and mother. She is married to Dr. Madison
Ngafeeson, and together they are raising their three children — Triumph, Lamb, and Madison Jr.
— while building a legacy of faith, leadership, and service.
