Claudia Ngafeeson, DNP
Chief Missions Care Officer

Dr. Claudia Ngafeeson is a dedicated healthcare professional and purpose-driven leader. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Northern Michigan University and currently serves as a Clinical Support Coordinator at HCA Lawnwood Regional Hospital in Florida.

In addition to her medical expertise, Claudia is a Maxwell Leadership certified coach and mentor, using her platform to empower women across the globe with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

A dynamic and passionate speaker, Claudia has delivered impactful messages at women’s conferences across the United States, Africa, and Asia. Her mission is deeply rooted in helping young girls and women discover and walk boldly in their God-given purpose. Through her work in diverse cultural and community settings, she continues to inspire transformation, healing, and personal growth in the lives of those she serves.

Claudia and her husband, Dr. Madison Ngafeeson, co-lead LEAD Missions International, an organization committed to raising global leaders, having trained individuals in 55 countries and counting. Most recently, she launched Brunch on Purpose—an engaging initiative designed to create safe, inspiring spaces for young women to connect and grow through meaningful, purpose-driven conversations.

Claudia is a devoted wife and mother to three wonderful children: Triumph, Lamb, and Madison Jr.
