Catherine Garcia is a visionary leader, ordained minister, and dedicated humanitarian. She currently serves alongside her husband as Executive Pastor at Freedom Life Church in Mission, Texas, USA. As a certified coach and speaker with the Maxwell Leadership Team, Cathy brings her passion for growth and transformation into every sphere of her influence.

She is the founder and CEO of CO-GLOBAL Consulting, LLC, where she empowers individuals and organizations to navigate complexity, embrace purposeful change, and step boldly into their God-given potential. With a heart for the hurting and a drive for sustainable impact, Catherine also leads as President of Freedom Ventures International (FVI), a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization.

Through FVI, Cathy was instrumental in launching the Freedom Empowerment Hub in Cameroon, Africa and South East Asia—a groundbreaking initiative designed to equip displaced women and orphans with essential life and vocational skills.

Deeply committed to her local community, Catherine has served as President of the Mission Economic Development Corporation and as Chair of the Board for the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce. She currently lends her leadership and insight to several boards, including Lead Missions International and Melody Lane Christian Renewal Center.

Catherine’s legacy of service has earned her high recognition, including being named Mission’s Woman of the Year and her induction into the Rio Grande Valley Walk of Fame.

She and her husband, Eliud, have been married for 34 years. They are the proud parents of two adult children, Juan and Elizabeth.
