LEAD's Board of Directors consists of community leaders that help influence and support the LEAD’s strategies and initiatives. Each Board Member brings to our team a commitment to LEAD’s core values, as well as a unique set skills that helps us fulfill our mission. Please, meet our Board!

Blaise Tintong

Board Member

Blaise Tintong serves LEAD Missions International as a Board Member. With a dynamic ministry spanning over 10 years, Blaise has helped many people develop passionate and purposeful relationships with God through solid Bible teaching. Blaise is the Founder and President of both Fountain of Life Ministry International, and Living Word International Church where he currently serves as the Executive Pastor. He has served in various coporate positions, including: Human Resources Coordinator and recently, as Financial Specialist at a multinational Fortune 500 oil and gas corporation.

Blaise holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in finance, from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa Oklahoma. He also earned a diploma in Pastoral Care from Kenneth Hagin’s school of ministry, Rhema Bible College. He is currently taking classes towards a doctorate in higher education administration. Blaise is happily married to his lovely and beautiful wife, Esther, with whom he has been blessed with three sons: Blaze, Bryan, and Benjamin. He resides with his family in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Cathy Garcia


Cathy Garcia serves LEAD Missions International as the Board Treasurer. Cathy is an ordained minister and currently serves with her husband as the Executive Pastors of Freedom Life Church in Mission, Texas. She has traveled extensively in Mexico, South East Asia, England, Northern Ireland and Africa, working on different humanitarian/ministry projects and speaking engagements.

Cathy is very involved in the City of Mission, Texas, community. She serves in leadership on several boards for organizations, including; Mission Economic Development, the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce, Mission Economic Development Authority and Mission Helping Hands. Cathy was a member of The Rotary Club of Mission, Texas. She is a graduate of Leadership Mission. As a woman greatly committed to community development, she has served on many community committees such as the Mayor’s Prayer Luncheon, Mission’s Trash Bash and Mission’s Sister City Programs, just to mention a few. Cathy serves the community with great dedication and this commitment earned her the distinguished honor of being named Woman of the Year in 2015. Cathy resides in Mission, Texas with her husband Eliud and their two children: Juan and Elizabeth.

Claudia Ngafeeson

Board Member

Claudia Ngafeeson serves LEAD Missions International board as a Board Member. She is a registered nurse with Duke LifePointe Hospital, Marquette, MI. For six years, Claudia served with her husband in an inter-denominational youth ministry in Cameroon, Central Africa. She specifically worked with young women: teaching and counselling with them in conferences and workshops.

Claudia is a conference speaker at especially women’s gatherings, and is passionate to see young girls and women transformed through the discovery of their God-given purpose. In recent years, she has begun to see this dream come to pass as she gets to work with and serve diverse group of women from varied backgrounds. She likes exercise and fitness, and believes that healthy living can contribute to a more fulfilling life. Claudia is married, and lives with her husband and three beautiful children in Marquette, Michigan, United States.

Crystabelle Ferim

Board Member

Crystabelle Ferim serves LEAD Missions International as a Board Member. She co-pastors with her husband, Rev. Dr. Richard Ferim at the Metropolitan Christian Center in Grand Prairie Texas. Crystabelle also serves as Nursing Director of the Oncology Program at a hospital in Arlington, Texas. She is a speaker, teacher, and worship leader who seeks to use her gifts to inspire, build and edify people.

Crystabelle has a passion to see women become all that God desires for them to be in His kingdom. She is the organizer of the Precious Women of MCC ministry; where she mentors, motivate and teaches women how to live according to the word of God as they find their place in ministry and the world. Crystabelle is a wife and mother of three wonderful children: Richard Jr., Candace and Jamai.

Favour Ikome


Favour Ikome serves LEAD Missions International as the Board Secretary. She is also the Founder and President of Raising a Generation of Esthers Foundation. Favour is a woman of inspiring courage and immense leadership. While completing her degree in Business Communications at Oral Roberts University (ORU) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA, the desire to help underprivileged women began to burden her heart. In spite of personal challenges she has faced, Favour has determined to not let circumstances define the outcome of her life. Taking full advantage of ORU’s top Whole Person Scholarship Award, she successfully paved the way for her education.

Favour’s desire to serve young women has led to the establishment of R.G.E. Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization that ultimately exists to cultivate potential, transform lives and unleash destinies. Her passion for influencing her generation gives Favour the opportunity to speak at events hosted to encourage, empower and equip young women. In addition, Favour hosts a weekly prayer gathering for women to learn how to make God’s presence their place of habitation, She recently completed the New York Experience Ministry Program, established to train vocational ministers. Favour currently resides in New York City, where she serves as administrator and ministry director at Every Nation Church NYC.

Madison Ngafeeson PhD


Madison Ngafeeson is the Founder and President of LEAD Missions International. Madison’s leadership experience spans over twenty years in both Cameroon and the United States. He is a conference speaker, author, and leadership trainer. He has traveled in the Americas, Europe and Africa as a speaker in different capacities. As a university professor, he is a very passionate communicator and believes that great leadership is the undergirding of every sustainable community change.
